Since entering the beauty industry in 2012, Kasia has grown into an independent stylist whose work is rooted in art, design, and creativity. After attending cosmetology school with a focus on upstyling, she trained at Salon Elia under master stylist Basili Paganis, where she refined her skills in textured cutting and balayage. Following a decade of growth from intern to salon manager, Kasia stepped into suite ownership in 2020, deepening her dedication to advanced lightening techniques and lived-in color. In addition to cutting and color, she loves special-occasion styling and ongoing education, including extensions. Passionate about women’s health and its connection to hair, Kasia is committed to making every client feel seen, confident, and comfortable, and is excited to welcome both current and new clients at The Edit.

Kristin Rocha

Kristin’s top priority is helping her clients feel confident, elevated, and effortlessly themselves. With over 20 years of professional experience and a commitment to continued education, she has built a career rooted in artistry, precision, and connection. Her career began with extensive salon training and four years of personal assisting under some of Chicago’s top hairstylists. Kristin has trained with industry leaders including Dom Dom, Ahn Co Tran, George Gonzalez, and Sal Salcedo, and has assisted on photo shoots for Ford Modeling Agency. She also trained in New York as a network educator for Bumble and Bumble. Kristin specializes in modern cuts, lived-in color, upstyling, and refined styling, and is known for creating a personalized experience for every client who sits in her chair.
